  1. Cut out the things that don’t really matter and make time for those that do matter. 

  2. Don’t be so busy that you don’t have time to try new things. 

  3. Plan out your purchases and combine trips so you don’t have to drive as far or as often. This will save you time, fuel, reduce traffic congestion, frustration and reduce pollution.

  4. If available, try to find employment close to home -- This will reduce your time commuting, (freeing you from being a prisoner to traffic congestion) and you reduce your contribution to unhealthy air pollution.

  5. Live More With Less -- Buy less and reuse more.
